AlmostFree sells digital yoga video classes. Because digital content can be accessed instantly, our refund rules are different from physical-product stores. We aim to be fair, clear, and helpful—please read the policy below before purchasing.
1) Digital Products: General Rule
All purchases on AlmostFree are for digital content (streaming and/or downloadable class videos).
For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted (for example, if you’ve started streaming, downloaded, or unlocked the class).
2) When We Can Offer a Refund
We may approve a refund or credit in the following situations:

Technical access issues: You cannot access the class due to a confirmed platform error on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Wrong product due to platform error: You purchased the wrong class because of a pricing or listing mistake on our website (not due to personal preference).

Accidental purchase (limited window): If you contact us quickly and have not accessed the video (no streaming/download/unlock), we may be able to cancel the order.

Refund eligibility may require basic verification such as purchase logs or access activity.
3) Refund Request Window

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

5) Troubleshooting First (Common Fixes)
Before we issue a refund for access issues, we may ask you to try:

If the issue is on our side and can’t be fixed, we’ll make it right with a refund or account credit.
6) Order Cancellations
Because digital access may be granted immediately, cancellations are only possible if:

The class has not been accessed (no streaming/download/unlock)

If the class has already been accessed, cancellation may not be available.
7) Refund Method & Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Most banks/processors take 5–10 business days to post the refund (timing varies by provider).
8) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after accessing the class

Not liking the class style or difficulty after viewing

Lack of time to complete the class

Connection/device issues not related to our platform
